Mohammed Diouri is like a lighthouse and his colleagues are ships lost at sea, he guides them safely to shore with his bright, guiding light past all the jaggedy rocks.
Nautical references aside, Mohammed leads the team and the business to ensure that both client and employee are the happiest they can be. He initiates and develops strategic partnerships which allow us to continue to strive to be one of the leading digital agencies in Morocco.
He has been passionate from the start about Darlweb and having worked in various industry sectors in his past, Mohammed has the perfect combination of being able to understand how to create the right digital solutions for a business but in a way that works commercially for his clients.
As a person who naturally enjoys communicating, Mohammed will be able to discuss your digital requirements as well as offer constructive ideas that will benefit you as a business. When he is not talking digital to clients on the phone he is verbally defending his beloved football team Tottenham Hotspur to the rest of the Darlweb team.
When asked what his hobbies were, Mohammed responded, ‘I didn’t realise I could have any’.
Angela looks after both our existing and prospective clients. With a background in both design and development, her experience allows her to approach each project from multiple avenues to help identify issues and work with the team to provide the best solutions for our clients.
Rapidly rising through the agency over the last couple of years, she works extremely closely with our design and development teams (occasionally she lets them get a word in!) and is determined to be involved in every aspect of every project. Angela wears many hats in the office, somedays she’s leading the design team and the next, she is knee deep in code.
Angela brings strong managerial skills to the team (aka she keeps the boys inline in the office) and is willing to give anything a go. You’ll recognise her easily by her fast talking, strong Kiwi accent.
James looks after our existing and prospective clients. With a strong history in Account Management, he believes in service with a smile and makes sure our clients receive top-class digital solutions.
James loves being in the driving seat of a project and gets stuck in with all areas of its lifecycle, from requirements gathering right through to Design (even if not requested by his team members!)
Coming from a background in Communications and Digital Publishing, James has an eagle eye for detail and can spot typos and grammar mistakes almost instantly (but don’t ask him to test that). Having spent time living in Paris and Munich, he is known as team linguist and can speak French and German (almost) fluently.
In the office James can usually be found running between meetings and livening up the office playlist with disco tunes.
Armed with both a National Diploma and a Degree in Graphic Design, Jack has a strong background in print, digital, branding and logo design, as well as a natural ability to deal with unpredictable clients and agency life in general!
Jack is a designer full of useless facts that can be equally insightful or random, depending on who you ask! His interests wildly fluctuate week by week. One week you may catch him waxing lyrical on aviaries, quiche and podcasts. The next, it could be a mix of entomology, Vikings and the Jurassic period.
While he takes pride in the aesthetic design of his work, Jack is also mindful of the functional aspects of design. Jack enjoys lengthy discussions around both aesthetic and function, and is always looking for solutions that meet the demands of both at the same time.
Rhys holds a bachelors degree in Graphic Design from the University of Creative Arts Canterbury and obtained his very first design job in print. Before joining the creative team at Darlweb, Rhys freelanced, working on everything from TV and film sets to branding and motion design.
Rhys also holds the title of office DJ thanks to his passion for music and ability to discover new and interesting artists before the rest of the world (he’s no hipster though). When Rhys isn’t DJing in the office, he can be spotted photographing nightlife.
